Martell Cognac, the worlds oldest Cognac house launched into South Africa in the form of an extraordinary lounge, bar and dining experience at the Sandton Eye, Johannesburg in 2017.
I used my knowledge of fynbos and sensory aromas to add experiential elements to the menus I designed to create unique sensory dining experiences to pair with Martell Cognac’s launch of their top tire range in South Africa.
